How Meerie Technology Company Limited collects and uses personal data, and the rights you have. Aligned with GDPR and Vietnam’s PDPD.
What We Collect
Contact details you submit through our forms (name, work email, company, message), correspondence with our team, and basic website analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type). We do not collect special-category data through this website.
Why & On What Legal Basis
To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps), to perform contracts with clients (contract), to meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation), and to send service updates you have opted into (consent, withdrawable at any time).
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for 24 months after last contact. Contract and billing records are kept for the period required by Vietnamese accounting law. Analytics data is aggregated or deleted within 14 months. Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
Sharing & Subprocessors
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers under data processing agreements (hosting, email, analytics), professional advisers, and authorities where legally required. A current subprocessor list is available on request.
International Transfers
Where personal data of EU/EEA residents is transferred outside the EEA (including to Vietnam), we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary technical measures such as encryption in transit and at rest.
Security Measures
Access to personal data is role-based and logged. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Staff complete security and privacy training, and our practices are modeled on ISO 27001 controls. See the Trust Center for detail.

We use strictly necessary cookies and privacy-respecting analytics. Non-essential cookies are set only with consent, which you can withdraw through your browser settings or our cookie banner at any time.
